Terms & Conditions Overview
Serenity Ridge Puppies operates as a private breeder committed to ethical breeding practices, transparency, and the health and well-being of each puppy. All buyers are required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by Serenity Ridge Puppies prior to reserving or purchasing a puppy. These terms include, but are not limited to, a binding puppy purchase agreement between the breeder and buyer, payment policies, scheduling and meeting guidelines, and standards of conduct. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and remove it from availability; this deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy. Fees associated with virtual and in-home meetings are in place to ensure serious inquiries and to respect the breeder’s time and resources. Additionally, both parties agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner, including refraining from defamatory statements or actions toward one another. These Terms and Conditions are designed to protect the breeder, the buyer, and the puppy, and to ensure a clear, respectful, and professional transaction for all parties involved.

Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy and remove it from availability. The deposit secures the selected puppy for the buyer and demonstrates the buyer’s commitment to the purchase. The deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price of the puppy. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to changes in the buyer’s personal situation, housing, finances, or timing.
Meeting & Consultation Fees
To ensure serious inquiries and to respect the breeder’s time and resources, Serenity Ridge Puppies charges consultation fees for meetings with prospective buyers. A $35 fee applies to scheduled FaceTime or virtual meetings, and a $50 fee applies to in-home meetings. These fees are non-refundable and are required at the time of scheduling. Consultation fees will be applied towards purchase price of the puppy if the buyer moves forward..
Standards of Conduct & Non-Defamation
Both the breeder and the buyer agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner throughout the inquiry, reservation, and purchase process. Neither party shall engage in defamatory, misleading, or harmful statements—whether written, verbal, or published online—regarding the other. This includes, but is not limited to, false claims, exaggerated allegations, or statements intended to damage reputation or business standing. Any concerns or disputes should be addressed directly and professionally between the parties.
Right to Refuse Sale
Serenity Ridge Puppies reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time if the breeder determines, at their sole discretion, that the placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, any deposit paid will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the puppy purchase contract.
Acknowledgment of Breeder Practices
By engaging with Serenity Ridge Puppies, buyers acknowledge that the breeder operates as a private breeder with established policies designed to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the puppies. All policies are in place to ensure ethical placement, responsible ownership, and a positive experience for all parties involved.
